HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER – TOBAGO

The incumbent is an integral component of the HR department, responsible for a wide range of human resource related functions. This would include but is not limited to assisting with industrial relations matters, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, benefits and compensation and working alongside the OSH officer in resolving health and safety issues within the designated depot. The HRO – Tobago Services also promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts.

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

An employee in this class is responsible for the installation, support and maintenance of company servers and other computer systems. Plans for and responds to service outages and other problems. Duties may include scripting, light programming, project management for systems-related projects, supervising and/or training computer operators and being the equivalent of a ‘handyman’ for computer problems beyond the knowledge of the technical support staff.

PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

To direct and control the central purchasing function; to ensure that goods and services are purchased at the most competitive prices and at the required quality; and to ensure that goods and supplies are re-ordered and kept in stock so as to make the most efficient use of the Corporation’s resources.
