Ms. Theresa Taitt currently holds the position of Assistant Deputy General Manager – Operations North. She has over twenty (20) years Senior Management experience in Corporate Business Services and Financial Services, in both the public and private sector, which include specialisation in Facilities Management; Operations Management; Fleet Management; Strategic Management (with targeted focus on Key Performance Indicators using the Balanced Scorecard modality); Security Management; Property and Portfolio Management; Management of Green Buildings (use of Smart Building Technology); Human Resource Management; and Project Management.
Ms. Taitt is a certified Facilities Management Professional by the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Henley Business School, University of Reading (UK), as well as an Executive (Postgraduate) Diploma in Management and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management
