Mr. Patrick Gomez

Lieutenant Colonel (Ret’d) Patrick Gomez was appointed as the Deputy General Manager, Operations of the PTSC in March 2021. A Commissioned Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force for over twenty (20) years he specialized in military logistics, finance and procurement and received military and logistics-specific training in the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Israel, Canada, El Salvador and Colombia.
A St. Mary’s College alumni and graduate of The University of the West Indies, Lieutenant Colonel (Ret’d) Gomez is also a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT).
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and holds professional certification in Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crimes Prevention (CAMLFC), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CCFTP) and Enterprise Risk Management.
