PAYMENT
A 20% security deposit is added to the rate calculated from the billable hours.
Once the agreed-upon time is not exceeded and there is no damage to the bus, this deposit is returned upon the completion of the reconciliation process.
Payment is required to be made seven (7) working days before the intended service.
You can either 1) walk in and make your payment or 2) conduct a direct deposit to our bank account.
SERVICE TYPES
WAIT ON PARTY
The unit stays with the group for the entire service.
PICK UP AND
DROP OFF
The bus drops you off and returns later for the group at the the service.
DROP OFF
The bus drops the group to their destination and there is no return.
SERVICE
ASSESSMENT
Once you have conveyed the details of your charter via our online form, your request will be assessed. Only if the service is possible, a quote will generated and emailed to you.
We are willing to facilitate your transportation requests however, not all locations are passible by bus. The route selected may require the use of a specific type of bus. In this regard, the number of units required for the service will be determined by the number of individuals to be accommodated and the limitations of the route selected.
