SOCIAL MEDIA & MULTIMEDIA OFFICER ONE (1) POSITION
The Social Media & Multimedia Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the Corporation’s visual, multimedia and social media content. The incumbent will manage PTSC’s approved social media platforms and provide graphic design, photography, videography and video production support within the Marketing & Communication Department. The role involves producing high-quality digital and print materials, advertisements, and engaging corporate communications in accordance with the Corporation’s established brand standards.

STORES MANAGER ONE (1) POSITION
The Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC), in its drive towards improving and expanding its services, is pleased to invite applications for the following CONTRACT position:
The Stores Manager reports directly to the Head, Finance and Accounts and is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and operational management of all PTSC Stores and Inventory Assets. The incumbent safeguards inventory, strengthens internal controls, ensures compliance with audit requirements, maintains accurate inventory records, supports fleet reliability through timely availability of parts and materials, and leads continuous improvement across all stores locations.
The position also has an important role in implementing processes, in sync with an Inventory Management system, to ensure the security, accountability and transparency of PTSC’s inventory portfolio. These systems include the identifying and managing of a critical inventory list and re-order quantities in collaboration with the Chief Procurement Officer and Heads of Departments. The Stores Manager is also expected to interact with all levels of Management and provide advice and support to business decisions, through the provision of timely reports on inventory usage, projections and budgetary needs.
The Stores Manager is expected to make recommendations for the security of the Corporation’s inventory and implement routine inventory audits in collaboration with the Finance, Audit and Procurement Departments. This position has the oversight for the safety, well-being and performance of all staff in the Stores Department, ensuring the Corporation’s policies and procedures are adhered to, while creating an environment for staff learning and growth to take place.
