Mr. Cecil Gittens is a Risk Management Professional with over 34 years of experience. He is a retired military veteran with international experience in developing and delivering specialized solutions, that drive awareness, decrease exposure, and strengthen organizations. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Transport Service Corporation since April 2017.
Cecil holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, a postgraduate advanced certificate in terrorism studies from the University of St. Andrews, and a number of professional certifications and licenses in the fields of Risk Management, Security, and Business Continuity. He is an active member of ASIS International, the Business Continuity Institute and the International NGO Safety and Security Association.
